Experienced what I believe was sleep paralysis many years ago. Saw a female old lady ghost walk out of the bathroom, she was blue, all blue but see through. My body never moved but I felt awake. She was wearing old fashioned clothes, like a dress. But her body and clothes were all blue, like an aura. She passed through the wall and was gone.
